Nostalgia in Motion deals with the memories of a broken relationship represented by a photograph. Often, one material object can trigger a stream of memories from our past. As pleasant as some memories can be, it is the devastating ones that move us to self-reflection. In the face of hardship or loss, we tend to put up our own barriers to mask the pain. Try as we might, these barriers will always fall, and it is then that we must reflect and pick up the broken pieces. We can live in our own reality, but we will never be able to escape our memories.
